Baldwin's Ice Cream launched at Jitterbeans!

On 25th March 2011, Baldwin's Ice Cream's arrival at Jitterbeans, Dungarvan was officially launched. All Baldwin's favourite flavours can be bought and enjoyed at Jitterbeans either in a cone wafer or a tub. With wonderful toppings and milkshakes also available, you won't be disappointed!

Waterford Festival of Food

Baldwin's Farmhouse Ice Cream attended the Waterford Festival of Food on Sunday 19th April 2010. A farmers extravaganza took place on Grattan Square in Dungarvan. Baldwin's Ice Cream was displayed among many more local artisan food products. It was a culinary celebration highlighting the best of local food. There was an exciting programme of events over the course of the weekend with something to suit all tastes and ages.

Cork Summer Show

The Cork Summer Show was held on 19th – 20th June at Greenfields, Ballincollig. We couldn’t have asked for better weather for ice cream and our stall was very busy over the 2 days. Large crowds turned out in what was a very enjoyable weekend.


Camphire Horse Trials

The inaugral Camphire International Horse Trials took place on the weekend of the 27th, 28th and 29th August 2010. Set in undulating parkland on the banks of the river Blackwater, Camphire hosted national horse trials under the rules of Eventing Ireland. A large number of local businesses had trade stands at the event including Baldwin’s Ice Cream, Felix Faulkner Jewellery and Helen’s Home Catering


Midleton Food & Drink Festival

Baldwin's Farmhouse Ice Cream was among the selection of local produce at the Midleton Food & Drink Festival, on Saturday 11th September 2010.

The festival brought together first-class producers & suppliers of excellent food and drink products to showcase and celebrate the best that South & East Cork can offer. The festival also presented local crafts, exhibitions of photography and paintings as well as music, stories and entertainment for all the family.

French Food & Wine Festival

The inaugral French Food & Wine Festival was held at the 'On the Pig's back' Cafe in Douglas, Patrick's Woolen Mills on 25th September 2010. The locals had McCarthy’s sizzling sausages from Kanturk and of course Baldwin’s Ice Cream among the stallholders. It was a great success and credit must go to Isabelle Sheridan for organising it.
