Waterford Festival of Food 2010
Baldwin's Farmhouse Ice Cream attended the Waterford Festival of Food on Sunday 19th April 2010. A farmers extravaganza took place on Grattan Square in Dungarvan. Baldwin's Ice Cream was displayed among many more local artisan food products. It was a culinary celebration highlighting the best of local food. There was an exciting programme of events over the course of the weekend with something to suit all tastes and ages.

Medieval Festival 2009 at Carrigtwohill
Baldwin's Farmhouse Ice Cream was among the selection of local produce at the Carrigtwohill Medieval Festival & Country Fair in County Cork on 18th and 19th July 2009.

Midleton Food & Drink Festival 2008
Baldwin's Farmhouse Ice Cream was among the selection of local produce at the Midleton Food & Drink Festival, on Saturday 13th September 2008.
The festival brought together first-class producers & suppliers of excellent food and drink products to showcase and celebrate the best that South & East Cork can offer. The festival also presented local crafts, exhibitions of photography and paintings as well as music, stories and entertainment for all the family.

Minister for Food samples Baldwin's Ice Cream!!
On 26th January 2008, Minister for Food, Trevor Sargent T.D. visited Midleton Farmer's Market. He spent the morning visiting all the stalls, sampling products and conversing with food producers. He didn't pass up the chance to taste Baldwin's Ice Cream as shown below. The Minister is keen to help all farmer's markets nationwide to go from strength to strength.
